What is a gift receipt?
It's a receipt that doesn't include the cost of the items purchased. It will be sent with the order.How do I request a gift receipt?
On the "Basket Summary" page, you can ask for a gift receipt for all the items by ticking the “Receipt without Price" option.Can i exchange/return an item bought with a gift receipt?
If you buy an item and get a Gift Receipt you can request a return from the customer area on the Vilanova.com website.
This return needs to be done with all the personal details of the original purchaser of the order.
